The Charlie Kirk Facts Project: First Look

Excited to share that we’ve successfully created a rough design mockup for Charlie Kirk Facts.

This mockup gives a first visual look at the site’s structure, layout, and flow. It shows how users will navigate from the homepage to featured counter-claims, browse popular topics, view “out-of-context vs. full context” videos, and submit new claims. While it’s still a rough version, it helps us align design with functionality before moving into development.

Next steps from an engineering perspective:

– Contact TPUSA’s legal or media team to request official permission or licensing agreements
– Translate the mockup into responsive HTML/CSS templates
– Set up the CMS structure (pages, categories, and dynamic fact-check entries)
– Implement search functionality with filtering by topic and claim type
– Integrate video comparison modules (out-of-context vs. full context)
– Build user submission form with validation and moderation workflow
– Ensure SEO, security, and accessibility standards are met
– Backend setup with Docker, server deployment, and database integration
– Open source it on GitHub

Open to feedback and ideas on the workflow. One area where we especially need help is locating sources of false claims. There are plenty on TikTok, but any assistance in finding them or identifying viral claims would be hugely valuable.
